Implementation Consultant II

Role Overview: You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Hospitality Food & Beverage product suites. Additionally, you will deliver application training, provide technical support for hardware, share knowledge of restaurant operations, collaborate with support teams, exceed service-level expectations, and participate in continuous learning and quality assurance testing. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and optimize Oracle Hospitality Food & Beverage product suites. - Deliver application training and share expertise in modern Food & Beverage management practices. - Provide technical support for hardware components including workstations, printers, and peripheral devices. - Share in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices. - Collaborate with global support teams to escalate and resolve client issues. - Exceed service-level expectations and actively participate in continuous learning and product certification programs. - Contribute to quality assurance testing for new product versions and releases. - Prepare and submit timely project updates, reports, and documentation using standard communication tools. Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience with Oracle Hospitality Simphony Point-of-Sale or comparable Food & Beverage POS solutions. - Tertiary qualification in a Technical, Computer Science, or Hospitality Management discipline. - Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operational procedures. - Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Oracle Database preferred. - Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, PCs, and troubleshooting methodologies. - Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
