The Implementation & Client Onboarding Executive is responsible for successfully onboarding new clients onto the Property Management Software by managing end-to-end implementation activities. The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring the software, coordinating data migration, conducting user training, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience. The executive acts as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new clients for Property Management Software.
• Understand client business processes, property structures, and operational requirements.
• Configure the software as per client requirements, including modules, workflows, user roles, and access
controls.
• Coordinate data collection, data validation, and data migration from client systems to the platform.
• Conduct system walkthroughs, user training sessions, and onboarding demos for clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Tech Support, Sales, and Account Management to resolve issues.
• Track implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time go-live.
• Address client queries, concerns, and issues promptly during onboarding.
• Ensure client satisfaction and readiness before handover to the support or account management team.
• Collect client feedback post-implementation and share insights for product improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based applications, preferably Property Management Systems (PMS) or ERP software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into system configurations.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and basic reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 0-2 Years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles.
• Prior experience in Property Management Software, Real Estate Tech, ERP, or SaaS products is an
advantage.
• Experience in client training and data migration activities is preferred.
