Role Overview

As an Implementation Architect, you will:

• Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products
• Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure
• Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insights

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding:

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-live

Adoption & Value Quantification:

• Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges
• Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewals

Customer Experience & Engagement:

• Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience
• Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvement

Roadmap Planning:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years

  in a technical implementation role
• Willingness to work US Shift hours

• Minimum 3 years

  in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software

• Domain Expertise:

  PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards
• Certificate Lifecycle management/operations
• PKI implementation processes
• PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practices

Hands-on:

• Kubernetes
• Linux / Windows server management
• Apache, IIS (application expertise)

• Preferred:

  CISSP / CISM / CISA certifications
• Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations
• Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skills
