Position Overview:

Implementation Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and oversee the end-to-end implementation of complex SaaS solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary implementation teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and internal teams to define technical requirements, solution architecture, and implementation plans.
• Review and write high-quality, maintainable code as required, actively contributing to solution build-out and integration.
• Set up and enforce best practices for coding, testing, DevOps, and deployment within the team.
• Own the technical delivery, integration, data migration, and configuration of SaaS solutions across diverse environments.
• Serve as the technical escalation point to resolve architectural and integration challenges.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery for clients.
• Conduct architecture reviews and sign off on solution designs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Continuously optimize implementation methodologies and processes for efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, with at least 5 years in an architect or lead role.
• Deep hands-on expertise designing and deploying SaaS solutions (preferably in enterprise environments).
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (such as Python, Java, or similar).
• Experience managing and mentoring large technical teams for successful project outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and best practices for SaaS security and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with platform configuration, API integrations, and custom development in SaaS environments.
• Exposure to ITSM, CRM, ERP or similar business SaaS domains.
