Job Description

As a Client Onboarding Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for various key tasks including: - **Client Onboarding**: Creating new databases for provider clients within the PracticeSuite system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. - **CRM Management**: Updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate client information, interactions, and relevant details. - **Client Issue Resolution**: Utilizing the Hubspot ticketing system to effectively manage and resolve existing client issues and address new requirements in a timely and professional manner. - **Communication Management**: Monitoring and responding to emails from other departments and clients, ensuring clear and concise communication. - **Reporting**: Generating monthly usage reports and publishing them for accounting purposes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. - **Operational Support**: Assisting with other operational tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the client support and operations department. In order to be successful in this role, you must meet the following job requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience working within the US Medical Billing Domain. - Strong understanding of billing processes, terminology, and regulations. - Good writing and communication skills. - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in using software applications and CRM systems. - Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Hubspot. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent support. Preferred Skills: - Experience with PracticeSuite software. - Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
