Our founder, Gautham Kolluri, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with 25+ years of international education and immigration experience. A resident of Canada, he previously served as the International Student Recruitment Officer for Mohawk College (South Asia) and Conestoga College (Eastern Europe). Fluent in multiple languages, Gautham brings global insights from living in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Job Responsibilities

1. Guide students on study pathways in Canada and long-term immigration options including PR (Express Entry, PNP, PGWP).

2. Assess student eligibility based on age, academics, work experience, and English proficiency.

3. Manage complete application processing from document verification to visa file preparation.

4. Maintain and update client records in CRM/database.

5. Provide timely updates and support to students and parents via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

6. Coordinate with internal teams and delegate tasks to study advisors.

7. Support content and updates for social media related to Canadian education and PR options.

8. Stay updated on Canadian colleges, DLIs, and immigration policies.

9. Ensure honest counselling and compliance with IRCC and institutional guidelines.

10. Assist with pre-departure and post-visa guidance.

Required Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline; certifications in counselling/immigration are a plus.

2. 13 years of experience in student visa counselling or immigration consulting (Canada preferred).

3. Strong documentation and visa application handling experience.

4. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).

5. Leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with students effectively.

6. Knowledge of Canadian institutions, PR pathways, and PGWP is highly desirable.

7. Experience with CRM or database tools is an advantage.

8. International travel or study experience is a plus.

9. Must be ethical, student-focused, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
