Position Summary:

Immigration Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client eligibility for immigration programs (PR, work permits, student visas, etc.).
• Explain country-specific visa requirements and processes clearly and professionally.
• Manage documentation, ensure compliance with immigration policies, and follow up on submissions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws.
• Build strong rapport with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
• Follow-up with leads provided and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal processing and legal teams to ensure application accuracy.
• Attend online training, team meetings, and performance reviews regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Law, International Relations, or related).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in immigration consulting or similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of global immigration processes is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in using Zoom, Google Meet, CRM tools, and email platforms.

Work Environment:

• Location:

  Remote (Work-from-Home)

• Working Days:

  Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours:

  UAE Time – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Reporting To:

  Immigration Manager – UAE Office
