Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

• Technical Coordination

• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Hands on experience with the below mentioned technologies / Anyone of the categories.

• Full Stack Java:

  Java, Spring boot, Microservices (Preferably)/ Databases/ Front end technologies using React / Angular.

• Full Stack (MERN Stack): Mongo DB, ExpressJs, React JS, Nodejs

• Full Stack (.net): .NET Technologies with front-end technologies using React/Angular, Databases.

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure feasibility.
• Oversee system architecture discussions, integrations, and technology choices.

• Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Manage expectations, escalations, and change requests.

• Process & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Project Management Skills:

  Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps, and system integrations.

• Leadership & Communication:

  Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and present to stakeholders.

• Tools:

  Experience with project management tools.
