Job Summary:

Executive Learning & Development

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying training needs through discussions with department heads and performance data
Coordinate internal and external training programs,workshops, and learning sessions
Support the design and delivery of training materials, presentations, and learning content
Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training documentation
Assist in New Hire orientations & other related programs for new employees
Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and reports
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and data updates
Ensure timely communication with trainers,participants, and stakeholders
Prepare reports and dashboards related to training activities
Stay updated on industry best practices in learning and development

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and facilitation abilities
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
