Job Description

Role - Corporate HR (Female Resource) Key Responsibilities : Policy Formulation & Compliance : Develop, implement, and update HR policies that align with best practices and organizational goals. Ensure that policies reflect the company's culture of inclusivity and growth. Organizational Development (OD) : Design and implement OD interventions that promote organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Support leadership in aligning structures, processes, and teams with business strategies. Performance Management Systems (PMS) : Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management systems. Partner with leaders to ensure a robust performance review process that includes goal-setting, regular feedback, and employee development. Employer Branding : Collaborate with the marketing and talent acquisition teams to strengthen the company's employer brand both internally and externally. Develop strategies to showcase the company as an employer of choice, focusing on company values, work culture, and career growth opportunities. HR Information Technology (HRIT) : Lead HR technology initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making. Evaluate and implement HRIT tools (HRIS, LMS, PMS software) to streamline HR operations and improve the employee experience. Monitor HR analytics and reporting tools to assess performance and guide improvements. Employee Engagement & Retention : Design and implement employee engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms. Utilize data and insights to create tailored programs that drive engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture. Training & Development : Identify and implement OD training programs that focus on leadership development, change management, and team effectiveness. Work with management to ensure the learning programs align with business goals and employees' growth potential. Leadership Coaching & Support : Provide coaching to senior leadership and managers on talent management, performance improvement, and driving organizational change. Facilitate leadership development programs to build the next generation of company leaders. Employee Well-Being : In collaboration with internal teams, design initiatives that promote employee well-being, work-life balance Note: Candidates with hands on experience in Developing Policies, Building Employer Branding, HR Automation, HR Metrices, PMS etc will be an added advantage. Its a 6 Day Work Week ( 2nd & 4th Saturday are Holidays )
