Job Description

Role - Loss Preventions / LP

Responsibilities

  • Proactively suggest correction action to operations to minimize total loss
  • Conducts high shrink reviews and helps store in generating action plan to control the same.
  • Responsible for fraud identification at stores to minimize losses.
  • Checks front end reports for identifying exceptions leading to financial losses.
  • Conducts investigation for process and integrity violation, and submit formal report with appropriate recommendations.
  • Publish weekly dashboard and highlight exceptions to respective stores
  • Manage Liaison for district with Police and Fire department. Help store in managing all police and fire department related issues.
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure smooth stock takes as per company process.
  • Provide training to store management/ associates / and guards for minimizing administrative and operational errors during daily store operations
