Job Description:

As a CRO Expert, you will be in charge of improving our website and online store to boost conversion rates and improve the overall user experience. You'll evaluate user behavior, run A/B tests, adopt CRO methods, and provide actionable insights to help us enhance our sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a thorough audit of our website and sales funnel to uncover conversion bottlenecks.

- Create and perform A/B tests to compare the efficacy of various tactics.

- Create and implement CRO strategies for optimizing landing pages, product pages, checkout processes, and other critical areas.

- Examine user behavior data with technologies such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or comparable platforms.

- Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and design across all channels.

- Provide detailed information on CRO activities, test results, and the overall effect on conversion rates.

- Keep up with the newest developments and best practices in CRO and e-commerce.

Requirements:

- Proven expertise as a CRO expert with a track record of successful initiatives for e-commerce firms.

- Proficiency with analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, and Hotjar.

- A thorough understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they affect conversion rates.

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- The ability to comprehend facts and turn it into useful insights.

- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

- A good sense of detail and a drive for constant development.
