Marketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global marketing and sales strategies for

  India, UAE, and USA

  markets.
• Manage

  social media campaigns

  , digital content, and brand storytelling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Write and publish engaging

  blogs, product descriptions, and marketing copy

  highlighting Kashmiri heritage and natural ingredients.
• Build and manage relationships with

  wholesale buyers, distributors, and resellers

  .
• Drive

  online sales

  through eCommerce optimization, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, festivals, and seasonal marketing.
• Create and curate

  product photos, videos, and reels

  to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROAS) and recommend growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience

  in marketing and sales for

  Kashmiri natural or artisanal products

  (required).
• Strong understanding of

  global markets

  — India, UAE, and USA.
• Experience in

  social media marketing, eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.), and digital storytelling.

• Excellent written communication skills and creative marketing mindset.
• Knowledge of

  wholesale and distributor networks

  is highly desirable.
• Passion for sustainable, authentic, and handmade Kashmiri products.
• Must love Kashmiri products and be knowledgeable in their health and beauty benefits
• English is a must
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
