    What are we looking for?
  • Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data
  • Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models in the Talent & HR / Marketing Analytics area
  • Strong Analytics and reporting experience (descriptive and predictive) – 10+ years
  • Proficient in SQL, Python/ R and SAS
  • 6-8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagement
  • Project management experience
  • Good client communications (verbal and written)
  • Experience of working with offshore teams
  • Managed a team of at least 5 members in the last 5 years

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • As a member of core Talent & HR Team be the trusted advisor to internal and external clients
  • Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators
  • Lead multiple client engagements to grow a portfolio of accounts aligning to Talent & HR goals and objectives
  • Drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell and up-sell Talent & HR analytics solution portfolio
  • Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsible for people metrics
  • Proven leader with an ability to resolve conflicts
  • Strong attention to detail and establishes strong quality measures
  • Define and prioritize potential initiatives to address talent and capability gaps
