What are we looking for? Hands on experience in analytics and data mining with large databases and survey data Should have worked on building advanced analytics statistical models in the Talent & HR / Marketing Analytics area Strong Analytics and reporting experience (descriptive and predictive) – 10+ years Proficient in SQL, Python/ R and SAS 6-8 years of experience of leading multiple client engagement Project management experience Good client communications (verbal and written) Experience of working with offshore teams Managed a team of at least 5 members in the last 5 years
Roles and Responsibilities: As a member of core Talent & HR Team be the trusted advisor to internal and external clients Ensure insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators Lead multiple client engagements to grow a portfolio of accounts aligning to Talent & HR goals and objectives Drive delivery excellence, innovation agenda and next generation analytics to cross-sell and up-sell Talent & HR analytics solution portfolio Lead and groom a pool of domain, statistical and programmer analysts and responsible for people metrics Proven leader with an ability to resolve conflicts Strong attention to detail and establishes strong quality measures Define and prioritize potential initiatives to address talent and capability gaps
