You will lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing analytics across tagging, tracking, GA4, and campaign performance to ensure high-quality, accurate, and actionable insights. You will oversee implementation governance, troubleshoot tagging and data discrepancies, and partner with stakeholders to create reports and dashboards that improve visibility into user behavior, media effectiveness, and digital experience performance. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end analytics process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and creating automation/transformation roadmaps that enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability of analytics delivery.
What are we looking for Experience in digital analytics, martech, or performance insights roles, including 1 to 2+ years leading teams and managing multi-stakeholder delivery environmentsStrong expertise across GA4, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, and familiarity with Salesforce, Sprinklr, Power BI, and other enterprise analytics toolsSolid hands-on knowledge of tagging, tracking, data layers, GTM, floodlights, pixels, and troubleshooting implementation issuesStrong analytics foundation with ability to interpret data trends, build clear narratives, and develop actionable insights for marketing and business teamsExperience with campaign measurement, media performance analysis, and KPI frameworks across paid channelsFamiliarity with data engineering concepts such as data flows, parameters/variables/dimensions, and issues impacting data qualityStakeholder management presentation excellence with ability to influence senior decision-makers, manage expectations, and navigate conflict across organizational layers and functionsLeadership capabilities with a strong drive for results and clarity, ability to work through ambiguity, and manage pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsStrong project management skills:ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, plan ahead, collaborate across teams, and ensure quality controlExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting insights to senior stakeholdersAttention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments with tight timelinesExperience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard creation and automationExposure to Adobe Analytics, GMP (CM360, DV360), Meta/Google Ads reporting, or other analytics ecosystemsExperience with QA tools (Tag Assistant, Observe Point, Charles/Fiddler), version control, documentation, and data governanceFamiliarity with process improvement frameworks and best-practice development for measurement operationsExperience working with globally distributed teams and multi-market stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end to end Campaign performance reporting tying KPIs to commercial outcomesManage task intake for analytics and reporting requests, understand business needs, and translate them into structured briefs with clear scopes and timelinesLead end-to-end analytics delivery across tagging validation, data accuracy checks, dashboard creation, and campaign performance reportingEnsure high-quality tagging implementation:troubleshoot tracking issues, validate variables/dimensions, debug discrepancies, and coordinate fixes with client/tech teamsAct as the SPOC for analytics and insights requests, prioritizing workstreams and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveryOversee GA4 implementation governance, ensure standardized event structures, maintain documentation, and guide teams on measurement best practicesBuild and review dashboards reports (GA4, GMP, Adobe, social, media platforms) that provide business-ready insights and clear recommendationsMaintain data hygiene, enforce measurement frameworks, and drive adoption of tagging reporting governance standardsPresent insights and performance read-outs to senior stakeholders, connecting data to strategic and actionable recommendationsBuild strong cross-functional relationships across creative, media, product, and tech teams to align measurement prioritiesMentor and guide junior analysts; review deliverables, coach on problem solving, and support skill developmentIdentify opportunities for process automation and analytics productization across tagging QA, reporting, and insights workflowsSupport strategic planning by identifying trends in digital behavior, media effectiveness, and customer journeys
QualificationAny Graduation
