What are we looking for? ?¢ Significant experience in SEM analytics or measurement roles, with strong knowledge of platform capabilities (Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Analytics 360, Microsoft Advertising)?¢ Strong experience and aptitude in digital analytics and reporting on traffic, user journeys, engagement and conversions?¢ Ability to understand and apply measurement frameworks, validate data, and communicate integration requirements?¢ Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and provide clear recommendations for process improvement?¢ Proven track record of delivering strong outcomes by engaging with senior stakeholders?¢ Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a team of digital analytics professionals?¢ Good experience in SEM, SEO tools and reporting?¢ Familiarity with GEO and tools such as Profound or Adobe LLM Optimizer
Roles and Responsibilities: ?¢ Operationalize and refine the SEM and SEO measurement framework as defined by the onshore team?¢ Ensure accurate implementation of KPIs, attribution models, and success metrics across platforms. Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and regional teams to validate data integrity and support dashboard development using available data?¢. Identify and communicate gaps in data availability or platform integration. Identify limitations in tools and processes and recommend improvements to enhance measurement and reporting effectiveness?¢ Act as the primary authority on measurement standards and ensure they support actionable insights for leadership
