Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and online IELTS preparation sessions using structured lesson plans, fostering active engagement among students.
• Evaluate student progress regularly by administering mock tests and providing detailed, constructive feedback for improvement.
• Develop and update comprehensive study materials, assignments, and practice exercises to align with IELTS standards.
• Deliver workshops, seminars, and special sessions to enhance students performance in all IELTS modules.
• Support individual students through regular doubt-clearing sessions and personalized coaching based on their proficiency levels.
• Adapt instructional techniques and tools to address the diverse needs and learning styles of candidates.
• Stay informed about the latest changes in IELTS exam patterns and incorporate best practices accordingly.
• Collaborate with educational counselors and other trainers to ensure students receive holistic academic support and guidance.
