✔️ Conduct time–motion studies and prepare SAM
✔️ Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
✔️ Plan and implement line balancing for better output
✔️ Monitor daily production performance and efficiency levels
✔️ Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams
✔️ Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation
✔️ Support cost-saving initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
✔️ Strong knowledge of IE tools (SAM, 5S, Lean, Kaizen)
✔️ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
✔️ Experience in garment/apparel manufacturing is an added advantage
