Position: Executive IE
1. Prepare machine layout, advise folders and guides for each style against production plan.
2. Monitor and help to achieve linewise efficiency-Conduct time and motion study.
3. Manpower optimization-Tailor, non tailor, Reduction of Non value added activites.
4. Monitor and document performance of Tailors and Trainee tailors.
5. Multi Skill Training, Grading of the Operators.
6. Improving Factory Efficiency.
7. Review and Ensure Operation Bulletin & Thread consumption Utilisation and give feed back to Dept Head.
8. Time Study/Line Balancing
9. Skill Matrix
10. Regular other IE activities of the Industry.
