Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE):Customer Interaction:Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing concerns, and providing solutions
  • Relationship Building:Establishing rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and fostering loyalty
  • Sales Support:Assisting with sales activities, such as lead generation, product information, and closing deals
  • Problem Solving:Identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Feedback Collection:Gathering customer feedback through surveys, calls, or other channels to identify areas for improvement
  • CRM Management:Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system
  • Reporting:Generating reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and other relevant data
