Cultivate long-term partnerships with large retailers, wholesalers and importers; lead pricing negotiations, contract finalizations and programme renewals. Direct trade-fair participation, digital campaigns and seasonal collection launches to strengthen brand visibility and demand generation. Monitor raw-material trends and competitor activities; recommend pricing adjustments and demand forecasts to senior leadership. Liaise with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing and Logistics to ensure on-time-in-full deliveries and rapid issue resolution. – Track and report key performance indicators such as sales, margins and customer-satisfaction metrics. Candidate Profile: Experience: 5–10 years in bed-linen or home-textile sales and marketing with a leading company; proven track record of building and managing a 50 Cr+ order book. Education: Degree in Textile Technology or Business Administration; MBA or diploma preferred . Competencies: Established network of international buyers, strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, proficiency in export documentation and costing, data-oriented decision-making
