Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and creative Bakery Chef to prepare high-quality baked goods, pastries, breads, and desserts. The ideal candidate should have expertise in baking techniques, attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing products. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes or customer requests. Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items to attract and retain customers. Ensure all baked goods are consistent in quality, taste, and presentation. Manage daily production schedules and maintain adequate inventory of baking ingredients and supplies. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times for optimal results. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Train and supervise junior bakers, assistants, or kitchen staff as needed. Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for timely product delivery. Control waste and manage portion sizes to ensure cost efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Baker. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards. Creativity and an eye for detail in decorating and presentation. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
