Job Title - Supervisor Department - Maintenance Job Role- Refrigeration Operator as a shift supervisor Job Description - Operate refrigeration system (Ammonia/Freon) as per standard operating Procedures. Monitor compressors, evaporators, condensers and cooling tower systems. Check and maintain required temperatures in cold storage and ice cream freezers. Perform daily logbook entries for operational readings and maintenance checks. Assist in troubleshooting issues with ice cream freezers and blast chillers. Report faults, leaks or abnormal equipment behavior to In -Charge or Maintenance Head. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as oil level checks , drain line clearing etc. Ensure personal and equipment safety while handling refrigeration systems. Support scheduled preventive maintenance activities. Cmply with hygiene, safety and GMP regulation in cold storage and Production Zones. Qualification - ITI Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/ Mechanical Trade Age- Below 30 years Experience - 3-5 years Desired Skills - Familiarity with ammonia /freon system .
