Hiring: IBM Guardium Administrator | Kochi | 3–6 yrs Experience

We are looking for an experienced IBM Guardium / Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) Specialist to join our team in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure IBM Guardium across multiple databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
Develop and implement data protection policies aligned with compliance standards (PCI-DSS, Data Privacy, etc.).
Monitor database activity in real-time, analyze alerts, and respond to security incidents.
Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage user roles, access controls, and conduct regular audits of database permissions.
Integrate Guardium with SIEM, Firewalls, and XDR tools for enhanced security posture.
Generate and present compliance reports to stakeholders.
Maintain documentation and support audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
M.Sc./MCA/Engineering
3–6 years of hands-on experience with IBM Guardium.
Strong understanding of database security, compliance, and risk assessment.
Experience in incident management, reporting, and integration with security tools.
