With our cloud-hosted, mobile-first, managed services platform, TeamLease EdTech offers a wide range of services to Higher Education Institutes, including enrollment, learning, upskilling, apprenticeships, student support, and assessment. We have exclusive partnerships with 40 of India's largest universities across 16 states, training 5 Lakh students on its platform through 9 Indian languages, working with 5000 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives, and managing over 200 degree, diploma, and certificate programs.


Role and Responsibilities:

 To head the Project management & lead Governance for Education Operations of Hybrid Programs.

 Monitor project progress on regular intervals, view the feedback from stake holders, assess the impact and suggest measures for improvement.

 Provide support and suggestions to the project managers on a collaborative approach for enhanced client satisfaction

 University Relationship management through periodic task reviews and actionable.

 Ensure that the implementation process is carried out appropriately and every member involved in the process makes the needed contribution to the overall project delivery and completion.

 Driving student engagement

 Track student progress from one term to next.

 Ensure timely student support and student satisfaction

 Preparation and Submission of data and reports as required by Client and Organization

 Regularly Collaborate, communicate, and share all information to the stakeholders and ensure support and suggestions.


Functional/Technical skills:

 Should have worked in a similar role as a Project Management head and lead the Governance for multi clients.

 Should be competent to Oversee, regulate and drive projects for planned outcomes and identified objectives.

 Should carry the ability to govern projects/clients’ requirements with regular cadence, feedback, and engagements.

 Monitor project progress on regular intervals, view the feedback from stake holders, assess the impact and suggest measures for improvement.

 Good organizational skills with sound execution competencies, client centricity with compliances on the SLA and process outline aligned to project outcomes.

 Provide support and suggestions to the projects on a collaborative approach for enhanced client satisfaction

Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading

 Self-motivated, dynamic and a solution providing bent of mind and action.

 Strong problem solving attributes aligned to the project demands, compliances, and client satisfaction metrics.

 Good team management skills with ability to motivate others and work along with them.

 Good communication, positive attitude, and a drive to help and support the project teams for overall desired results.

 Client relationship and service delivery mandates efficiency and effectiveness with continuous scope for improvement and effectiveness.
