Job Summary:

The HVAC Site Executive is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at the project site. This role ensures that HVAC systems are installed as per design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while coordinating with other trades and maintaining quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Execute and supervise HVAC works at the site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, etc.).
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other service teams (electrical, plumbing, civil).
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure manpower and material availability.

2. Quality & Safety Control

• Ensure compliance with company and project-specific quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify deviations and take corrective actions.
• Verify and inspect incoming HVAC materials and equipment for conformity with approved standards.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and installation checklists.
• Prepare and submit work completion reports, inspection requests (IRs), and as-built documentation.
• Assist in preparing material submittals and method statements.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Attend coordination meetings with project teams, consultants, and clients.
• Liaise with design engineers to resolve technical or design issues at the site.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager.

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Oversee testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Assist in system balancing, troubleshooting, and rectification.
• Participate in the final handover process and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in HVAC site execution within the construction, industrial, or facilities sector.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, VRF, AHU, FCU, ducting, piping).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings, HVAC design, and layout interpretation.
• Understanding of site safety, quality assurance, and project documentation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving and time management capabilities.

Work Environment:

• Site-based role with regular field supervision.
• May involve long hours and coordination with multiple teams under tight deadlines
