HVAC Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining TOOT MNE Tech as a full-time HVAC Sales Manager based in Chennai. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to boost business growth in HVAC systems, establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and offering customized solutions to clients. Collaborating with project and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction, managing the sales pipeline, and preparing accurate quotations and proposals will also be crucial aspects of your role. Moreover, you will be expected to conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify follow-up opportunities, all while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in HVAC systems - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Analyze market trends and present tailored solutions to clients - Collaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction - Manage the sales pipeline and prepare accurate quotations and proposals - Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders for feedback and follow-up opportunities - Ensure alignment with organizational goals Qualifications: - Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management for HVAC or MEP systems - Understanding of HVAC systems design, equipment, and operations, with the ability to provide technical insights and solutions to customers - Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the HVAC and MEP industry - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and procurement - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales processes and reporting - Prior experience in the Chennai area,
