Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Sales Manager located in Chennai. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in HVAC systems, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. The HVAC Sales Manager will collaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare accurate quotations and proposals. The role also involves conducting regular meetings with clients and stakeholders for feedback and follow-up opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management for HVAC or MEP systems.
  • Understanding of HVAC systems design, equipment, and operations, with the ability to provide technical insights and solutions to customers.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the HVAC and MEP industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and procurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales processes and reporting.
