We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Site Engineer to oversee and manage the on-site execution of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with project teams, managing installation activities, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute HVAC system installations at project sites (VRV, ductable, split, cassette, etc.) Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to ensure compliance Monitor daily progress and maintain site activity reports Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and safety standards Assist in resolving technical issues and client queries on-site Ensure material management, site inventory tracking, and equipment handling Coordinate with the design and procurement team for timely availability of material Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC systems post-installation Prepare and maintain documentation related to site work, handovers, and client approvals Requirements: Proven experience in handling HVAC installations at commercial/residential sites Strong understanding of HVAC systems and site management practices Proficiency in reading HVAC drawings, AutoCAD, and project documentation Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills Willingness to travel across multiple sites and work extended hours if needed Knowledge of safety standards and site regulations Preferred Skills: Experience with Daikin systems (VRV/VRF) is a strong advantage Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication) Ability to manage teams and subcontractors on site
