About the Role:

HR Interns

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Conducting telephonic interviews
• Scheduling interviews with candidates
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking interview updates
• Assisting in onboarding and documentation

2. Job Posting & Talent Sourcing

• Creating and posting job descriptions on job portals and LinkedIn
• Searching for candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.
• Understanding role requirements and matching profiles accordingly

3. HR Operations

• Maintaining employee records
• Updating attendance and daily reports
• Assisting with offer letters, confirmation letters, and HR documents

4. Employee Engagement

• Helping plan team activities
• Collecting feedback from interns/employees
• Coordinating meetings, orientations, and training sessions

5. Administration Support

• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and daily summary updates
• Ensuring smooth communication flow within the team

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of HR roles & responsibilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
