Job Description

The HR-Performance Manager role involves overseeing and optimizing the performance of individuals, teams, and business processes to drive organizational success. Responsibilities include appraisal management, analyzing performance data, setting KRA, structuring evaluation methods, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with senior management to establish clear performance goals and develop strategies to achieve them. - Design and implement performance improvement programs based on data-driven insights. - Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and present findings to senior management. - Work closely with other departments to align performance goals with company-wide initiatives. - Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to improve team performance. - Monitor employee performance and satisfaction to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention. - Utilize data to develop insights and refine performance strategies. - Oversee the impact of social media and digital marketing campaigns on performance goals. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience: - 6-8 years of experience in performance management, business development, HR policies, or similar roles. - Proven track record in analyzing and optimizing business performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives. CTC criteria: 8-10 LPA Skills: - Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, sales, HR, and administration. - Proficiency in performance management tools and software. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively. - Strong foundation in sales, marketing, and employee development.,
