Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple functions, including editorial, tech, design, and marketing.

  • Create effective sourcing strategies, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.

  • Conduct smooth and engaging onboarding processes to ensure a strong start for all new hires.

  • 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

    • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues and general HR queries.

    • Help drive a strong performance and feedback culture in alignment with company values.

  • 3. Performance Management

    • Coordinate regular performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.

    • Assist team leads and department heads in managing feedback and performance discussions.

    • Track progress and support development plans for employees.

  • 4. HR Operations & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance with applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.).

    • Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensuring timely documentation.

    • Draft and update company policies and SOPs to reflect business growth and structure.

  • 5. Learning & Development

    • Identify skills gaps and recommend relevant internal or external training.

    • Organize training programs on soft skills, leadership, or industry-specific topics as needed.

    • Support career development and succession planning frameworks.

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • 2–8 years of relevant experience in human resource roles, ideally in a digital or media environment.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Excellent knowledge of core HR functions, labor law basics, and best practices.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

    • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

    • Interest in or exposure to the crypto/blockchain space is a plus.
