Human Resources Specialist

As a Senior HR Professional at Hammond Power Solutions, you will leverage your 18+ years of experience in HR, especially in the manufacturing industry, and your bilingual proficiency in Telugu to drive the People & Culture department forward. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture in Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, overseeing the recruitment process, and conducting onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. You will also be responsible for managing employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment, and leading the performance management process. Collaborating with the compensation team, you will work on developing competitive salary structures and benefits programs while assisting in the administration of employee benefits and compensation plans. Furthermore, you will support organizational change initiatives, conduct organizational assessments, and provide recommendations for improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR business partner or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Experience in working with employee unions, strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, as well as proven expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management are essential. Your interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite will be crucial for success in this role.
