As an HR Specialist at GlamSteals, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and management. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure our team grows effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) and ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
• Maintain and update job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
• Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback to applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops as needed for employee development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
