Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Work-from-Office role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Noida. The role will be two-pronged ie managing HR functions as well as Recruitment.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR)
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Experience of working in a Tech startup will be a great plus
