Human Resources Specialist

As a Design Engineer at Endlos Innovations Pvt. Ltd. in Bakrol-Bujrang, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will have the opportunity to be part of a pioneering manufacturing company specializing in Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) and sustainable technology solutions. Your role will involve designing and developing 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. Collaborating with R&D, production, and electronics teams will be essential to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability optimization. You will be responsible for creating and updating BOMs, developing fabrication-ready drawings with GD&T, conducting design validation through simulations and prototyping, and assisting in vendor coordination for production readiness. To be successful in this role, you should possess expertise in 3D design, including modeling, assembly, drawing, sheet metal, and weldments. An understanding of manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, and welding is required, along with familiarity with mechanical systems, gear assemblies, or automation equipment. Knowledge of product lifecycle management, design documentation, and basic electronics integration in mechanical design is preferred. Candidates for this position should hold a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in product/mechanical design. Strong attention to detail, the ability to translate ideas into production-ready designs, good communication skills, and the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams are key qualifications.
