Human Resources Specialist

You should have demonstrable experience in the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors applications. Your knowledge should include excellent configuration and support of HR master data, structure, portlets, and reports. Integration Management will be a key responsibility where you will develop and manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. Data Management is crucial, where you need to understand data flow, structure, and mapping to ensure data integrity and completeness. Your role will also involve Testing and Quality Assurance, where you will develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of SuccessFactors solutions. You will troubleshoot issues and coordinate user acceptance testing. User Training and Support are essential aspects of the job, requiring you to conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors within the organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is necessary to optimize the use of SuccessFactors in various business processes. Vendor Management is another critical responsibility where you will work closely with the vendor, drive functional and technical discussions, validate solutions proposed by the vendor, and ensure timely delivery. In terms of Technical Skills, having SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional Certification is preferred. You should have the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and understand Onboarding/Offboarding, EC, Performance, and Compensation modules. Your strong understanding of SuccessFactors configurations, customizations, and integration concepts will be valuable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.,
