• Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with legal requirements & company values.
• Monitor employment laws and ensure compliance across hiring, payroll, and benefits.
• Conduct HR audits, manage risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead training & development programs, certifications, and compliance workshops.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and workplace resolutions fairly.
• Drive new initiatives to build strong, future-ready teams.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience in training, talent development, and HR communications is a plus.
