Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist, located in Pune. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, addressing employee queries, and performance management to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
Experience in HR Management and development of HR Policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams
Prior experience in the IT or BPO industry is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
