Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Intern at BikeDilwado, you will have the exciting opportunity to support the HR team and gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also play a key role in supporting onboarding and induction programs for new hires, maintaining employee records, and updating HR databases. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing employee engagement activities and events, handling HR administrative tasks, and addressing employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR matters. To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of HR functions and hiring processes. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, as well as the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
