Role Overview: As an HR Intern at BikeDilwado, you will have the exciting opportunity to support the HR team and gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain employee records and update HR databases. - Organize employee engagement activities and events. - Handle HR administrative tasks and address employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR matters. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of HR functions and hiring processes. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for working in a dynamic startup environment.
