Your role will also involve handling HR administrative tasks, addressing employee queries, and collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations. To qualify for this internship, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with basic knowledge of HR functions and hiring processes. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is highly valued. A passion for working in a dynamic startup environment is also necessary.
