Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter located in Rajkot. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and managing the entire recruitment process. The role also involves maintaining a talent pool, conducting background checks, and onboarding new employees. The HR Recruiter will also participate in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and interviewing
• Knowledge of HR practices and compliance
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
