Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, and facilitating the hiring process. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The recruiter will also manage job postings, screen resumes, and maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, and Interviewing
• Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
