Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Understand job requirements from department heads and hiring managers. Draft and post job descriptions across job portals, social media, and other platforms. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including offer roll-out and onboarding. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Communicate promptly and transparently with applicants at all stages. Database & Reporting: Maintain and update a database of candidates and job applications. Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and dashboards. Process Improvements: Recommend improvements to recruitment procedures and strategies. Stay updated with market trends and best practices in hiring.
