Human Resources Program Manager

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and leaders to design programs that enhance employee engagement and provide structure for implementation. By researching, planning, and presenting programs that align with our Company values, you will integrate these values into our practices. Managing Talent Sentiments programs, facilitating employee feedback, and assessing people experiences across the organization will be crucial to maintaining a great work culture. You will work on initiatives in Talent Sentiments, Learning & Development (L&D), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Employer Branding, collaborating with leaders to identify L&D needs, recommend learning opportunities, and facilitate program implementation. Proactively reviewing and initiating changes in current procedures, structures, and programs will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need relevant experience as an HR Generalist or Program Manager, a strong aptitude for learning, and the ability to interact effectively with senior management and global leaders. Strong project and program management skills, along with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, are essential. Leadership qualities, adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills will also be key assets. Preferred qualifications include 3-8 years of professional experience in various HR responsibilities and a master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
