Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, developing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves maintaining records, recruiting and onboarding new employees, and supporting overall HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Employee Relations and Job Description Development skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing or related industry is a plus
