The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business development and HR, ensuring we have the necessary skilled personnel ready to deploy upon winning new contracts. Key Responsibilities 1. Tender-Specific Talent Acquisition (Future Focus): Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively identify, source, and engage with technical and non-technical talent required for potential future tenders (e.g., EV charger technicians, solar panel experts, project managers, engineering staff). Tender Requirements Analysis: Work closely with the Business Development and Project Management teams to analyze the human resource requirements specified in tender documents and proposals. Recruitment Strategy for Tenders: Develop and maintain a 'ready-to-deploy' database of candidates, ensuring quick mobilization of teams once a tender is secured. Costing and Budgeting: Assist in estimating personnel costs and preparing the HR component of tender submissions. 2. Core Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for immediate and permanent staffing needs across Electra. Draft, post, and update accurate and compelling job descriptions on Indeed and other relevant platforms. Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage the selection process. Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for all new employees, including necessary documentation (as per the file, ensuring all records are up to date in the Database Management System). 3. HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive employee records and personnel files. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure all recruitment and employment practices adhere to local labor laws and company standards. Support performance management and employee relations activities as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Specialized Knowledge: Proven ability to manage bulk and strategic recruitment, preferably in the Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, or EV/Renewable Energy sectors. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS. Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, future-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate staffing needs. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
