The organization provides prompt medical care to abandoned or injured animals, and also focuses on their behavioral rehabilitation and long-term welfare. YODA is committed to vaccination, sterilization, and education initiatives to prevent the spread of diseases and reduce stray animal populations, making a tangible difference in the community.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee onboarding, training, and policy implementation.

Salary - Rs 30,000-50,000

Additional responsibilities include promoting a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and aligning HR strategies with organisational goals. The role also involves maintaining HR records and coordinating performance management processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations
• Skills in employee relations, team management, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in payroll management, performance evaluation, and HR software
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in an NGO, animal welfare, or non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
