Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination with hiring managers, and building a strong talent pipeline to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring requirements.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Use job portals, social media, and networking to source candidates.
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinates training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed
• Helps employees expand their capabilities through workshops, mentorships, certifications and trainings.
• Acts as a strategic partner in employee growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition (IT / Non-IT hiring preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and compliance.
